Halloween 2012

We had SUCH a FABULOUS Halloween again this year!!!!

We went to our friends house and the there were about 35 kids in our group and we trick or treated forever!!! We ate lots of yummy food, walked for miles, laughed, and had a great time!

Pumpkin Carving 2012

We were excited to carve our pumpkins this year!

We didn't have much time, so it was a quick drawing by both kids and daddy was the carver!

Let's just say Logan was NOT happy about the thought of putting his hand into his pumpkin....Can you tell???

Ella dug right in and got to scooping!

And then, Logan decided to join in the fun and scoop the seeds himself...

Noah's Days for Logan

What can I say....I LOVE Logan's preschool...

It is the same school that Ella went to but Logan has a different teacher and we are SO happy with her!

When we found out that the kids couldn't get their own animal costume, we were a little disappointed, BUT when we saw what his teacher did, we LOVED them!

She made all the shirts and hats for her zebras or tigers!!!

 

 Logan loved his costume and let me paint his face! 

Then we were off to chapel....LOVE when the kids sing, it's adorable!

The petting zoo was a BIG hit!

Logan was quite timid and kept saying, "WHOA!!!".....so funny

This pic says it all!  Logan walked up to the 'farmer' (as he called him) who was holding the duck, the duck flapped its wings, and look at Logan....One BIG 'WHOA!!!!'

Trunk or Treat...

It seems like it couldn't be possible that THREE years have passed since Ella was in her 1st year of preschool....

Logan is loving every minute of school now and has the most fabulous teacher!!!He has been waiting for weeks for trunk or treat at his school and Ella was quite happy to be able to come along!!!

We were even able to bring along our friends...Ronnie the Pirate joined us!!! (and his mommy too)

 

 

 And of course, Owen the other Ninja Turtle made the night just perfect for Logan!

 There were games to play, bouncy houses, balloon animals, face painting, and they showed 'It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown'...

 My crazy Ninja Turtle found his best buddy from his class, Preston the dinosaur....they were happy to see each other!

 And then it was time to trunk or treat....some people go all out.

We had alot of fun!

Walk like an Egyptian

Ella has been learning about Ancient Egypt at school...

She has been teaching me ALOT about how and why people were made into mummies, what they ate, what they did, etc.... etc....

To celebrate at the end of the lessons, they had Egyptian day at school...

They were able to dress up and the day was filled with fun activites and food!!!

 

 Ella was quite the beautiful Egyptian ...She LOVED the fact that she got to wear makeup!!!

 

Ninja Turtles FIRST GAME!!!

I have to start by saying that Logan's team, 'The Ninja Turtles', is made up of a GREAT group of boys!!!  They work hard, they are nice to each other, and they are fantastic little soccer players....

 

They demonstrated this all on the field at their first game....

Although we don't technically keep score, we WON!!!!  (15-2)

Logan and Nate....they both have big sisters named Ella that have played together for over 3 years!

 Look at that SMILE!!!!  He scored his first goal!!!

 I LOVE this action shot of Logan with his team behind him....this is his kick to score the 2nd goal!!!

What a FUN time we are having enjoying Logan playing soccer!!!

And of course, it wouldn't be the same if they didn't have the one and only Coach Paul!!!!
