Friday Fun

Ella is really enjoying preschool, especially all of the wonderful friends she is making. Within the first few minutes on her very first day, she made friends with Meredith. Each and every day, they play at school. We were very excited when we were asked to join them at the Children's Museum last Friday. I am so happy that Ella has 'picked' such a sweet little girl to be her 'best friend' at school. Meredith even has a little brother, Wes, who is just a couple of months older than Logan......absolutely perfect for playtime!

11 months of happiness!

Logan is 11 months old!

Happy day sweet boy!

I love you so much! I love those big blue eyes that catch everyone's attention! I love your chubby feet that you cross when you eat! (see below) I love how excited you get when you eat...you are just like your daddy! I love how you grab my ears so you can give me a big kiss! I love how you whisper and smile and giggle right before you fall asleep in my arms at night! I love how you are such a boy and love banging on things and throwing things! I love how when you eat, you love to cover your face and rub one eye with your food (see below).

You have grown so much in this past month! You took your FIRST STEPS yesterday.....3 steps to the couch....big boy. You sprouted your 2nd tooth, bottom middle right just a couple of days ago.......no photos because you LOVE to keep them hidden. You have mastered eating finger foods and are a sippy cup pro! You love Chick-fila nuggets and fries just like your sister!

You are such a sweet baby and always have a smile on your face. We are SO lucky to have you........

Black and White Day

Ella continues to LOVE preschool......

She comes home singing new songs and telling me of everything she got to do that day!

I am so happy that she is enjoying it so much. Today was the first 'color' week at school. She got to dress in black and white and bring a cut out picture of those colors to school with her. Since the only magazine I could find was "Cooking Light" she brought a photo of cookies and cream ice cream.......yum! She looked adorable and couldn't wait to glue her picture to the big poster!

Sunday.....

Ella woke up Sunday morning super duper excited about getting to go with her daddy on a 'doughnut run'...... They left bright and early and brought back some yummy doughnuts for breakfast.

After a relaxing afternoon and BBQ, I loaded up the kiddos we headed down to Grand Canyon Univ to see if the lady lopes could win again..... Ella was SO excited to see all her 'soccer girls'. What a difference a year makes....these games are exciting to watch and they won 1-0 which makes their record 3-0. I was planning on only staying for the first half since it was a 7:30pm start but the kids were doing great and the game was exciting so we stayed for the whole thing. Ella even got to do the post game jog and stretching with the team.....Super cute. I took some photos but they were blurry and people kept walking in front of my camera...oh well, next time I will capture the 'cuteness'

What could be s'more fun than this?

Saturday was a FABULOUS weather day in AZ!!!

Some rain and some cool breezes made it a perfect evening for being outside....and it just so happened we had planned to go to the McGlassons for some yummy homemade lasagna, bread, salad and to finish it all off some S'MORES!

Even though Logan didn't have any s'mores, he still enjoyed being outside
