Logan DID it!!!!

Logan went potty in the BIG potty TODAY!!!!!

He was SO excited when he actually 'went' and it wasn't just another time that he sat on the potty with 'no' results.

SUCH a BIG smile!!!! He was SO proud of himself and we were too!

Here's hoping for an easy time potty training!

(not gonna really start for a couple months but at least he knows what to do)

Cupcakes 2010

This past Tuesday was the start of soccer season #2 for sweet Ella and 7 other sweet girls.

Ella was SO excited to get back into it and was even more excited that she knew 4 of the girls on the team.....3 from last season and 1 from preschool last year.

First game is next Saturday and Ella has NO fears this year......she is ready to go!

Ella's #1 FAN! He actually did really well just 'watching'..... but, he definiteldoes want to get out there and play and soon!

The warm-up being lead by the a fabulous soccer coach! Ella LOVES that her daddy is her coach! And so glad that Coach Blake is helping out again!

The Cupcakes are gonna have a GREAT season with such GREAT girls, GREAT coaches, and GREAT parents!

Labor Day

Finally a day to enjoy the pool, relax, and have some fun!

The pool water was PERFECT and it wasn't 'too' hot out!

Joined by my sis and family and crazy Stevie, we had a great time!

It's probably just better that I don't get into the explaination of the next couple of pics....

Logan was a brave boy today doing jumps off the side and into our arms.....We started cheering him on and he loved it. He would dance to our cheers before jumping in..
Logan didn't think much of his new 'float' but Stevie found a great use for it.....

Happy Birthday Muntz!

I apologize for the belated birthday post but I have not been a good blogger!

Happy Belated Birthday to MUNTZ!

Just in case anyone is wondering who Muntz is.....Muntz is Paul's dad, Ella and Logan's grandpa. He got his name because Ella couldn't say Grandpa and said Gramps and 'Nannie' said that is should be 'grumps' and Ella said "MUNTZ!" and that is where the name came from.

We had a great time getting to visit Nannie and Muntz this summer and wish we could have been there to celebrate his birthday with him! Maybe next year!

1st day of school

Ella was awake this morning at 2:30am.....jet lag :o(

She had fallen asleep at 4:30pm yesterday and could not be awakened....

She was happy, smiling, and ready for her first day of school.

She met her teacher and classmates yesterday at an open house. This year she will only have 9 other students in her class and no 'bad' boys (as Ella says) only nice ones.

Ella picked her 'rock star' outfit as the 'perfect thing' to wear......(thank goodness our cases finally were delivered at close to 10pm last night so she could wear it!)

She looked cute as ever and had a fantastic day!

Logan was soooooo cute when we went to pick her up. We were standing outside her classroom and he was yelling her name. As soon as the door opened, he ran inside yelling "EWWA" and gave her the biggest kiss ever!
