Sunday....welcome and unwelcome visitors!

Yesterday.....the weather was a bit warm for December, but beautiful....

My sis and family were headed over for a BBQ and to relax and enjoy the Cardinals game

WELL......things changed.....

When opening the grill....it was found to be a new home for a RAT!!! If I am correct, it was an Arizona Cotton Rat and it had built a nice nest of leaves, cotton, etc.... in the grill and had also pooped about a MILLION times in the grill!!!

DISGUSTING!!!

Here is a photo of the little guy (yes, he is cute) before we proceeded to evict him!

And then in the middle of the Cardinals WINNING game, the satellite proceeded to GO OUT!

So, no more game, but we still had a great time.....

After the grill was thoroughly scrubbed and heated on high for over an hour, we also enjoyed some great steak kabobs and burgers.

The kids loved playing outside and Jack (the newest BLACK BELT) spent his day climbing the 'mountain' next to our house and 'free walking' (not sure what that meant)

And then we walked down the street to enjoy all our neighbor's lights....we have a VERY decorated street this year and LOVE it....
